Supporting people since 1994

Proactive Development was founded in 1994 by Roland and Belinda Evans to provide responsive services for people with complex needs.

In 2019, Proactive Development became part of Look Ahead, a provider of learning disability and autism services in London and the South East. We share a commitment to person-centered services and work alongside the people we support to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Our Service Managers are central to the quality of our care. Their years of dedicated service have built a deep understanding of our approach and strong relationships with the people we support, their families and Care Managers.

This continuity brings stability and consistency to both the people who use our services and our staff.

Specialist Knowledge

Qualified careers and manager with training from the Institute for Applied Behavior Analysis in assessing and analysing severe and challenging behavior.
